Appreciate fitting us in for the appointment when time zones caused confusion. Can I recommend when an appointment is booked it is shown in WIB time and not AEST time on the confirmation email? That would make more sense.

Embassies can be intimidating but that is not the case here. The staff and security are incredibly friendly and helpful. They made the experience enjoyable. Thank you to all that work at the Embassy.

Excellent experience from start to finish! I received kind hospitality from the entrance gate, throughout the process, all the way to the exit gate. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and the entire process was very fast.

My experience at the Australian Embassy in Jakarka was as smooth as it gets. Starting from the booking to the appointment itself. The staff were courteous and they addressed my issues without any delays. The standard set here should be one to emulate. Great job.
